Our cuisine crew prepares all of our meals on site in our commercial kitchen. Following a rotating schedule, the crew provides breakfast, lunch, and two snacks throughout the day. Each meal is designed in order to provide the nutrients needed for proper physical development. Kid's Castle prides itself on providing fresh ingredients for your child. If your child is allergic to something, please talk with our Chef who will be more than glad to help accommodate the needs of your child.
Kid's Castle is proud to employ a superb workforce including Cuisine Crew Chief and Head Chef. Our Chef-in-Chief has been with the Kid's Castle family for over seven years and regularly attends training to keep up to date with principles of safety and sanitation, nutrition, and food preparation.
The cuisine crew also consists of other staff members who help the Chef with preparation and other facets of our food service.
