The Food
At Kid's Castle, our dedicated culinary team prepares all meals fresh on-site in our commercial kitchen. Following a rotating menu, we provide breakfast, lunch, and two nutritious snacks daily. Each meal is thoughtfully designed to meet the nutritional needs essential for your child's healthy physical development.
We take pride in using fresh, high-quality ingredients to ensure your child receives the best care, even at mealtime. If your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, our Chef will gladly work with you to accommodate their specific needs, ensuring they enjoy safe and delicious meals. Your child's health and well-being are our top priorities!

Kid's Castle takes pride in our exceptional team, including our talented Chef. Our head chef has been an integral part of the Kid's Castle family for years, bringing expertise and passion to every meal. To ensure the highest standards, our chef regularly participates in training to stay current on food safety, sanitation, nutrition, and innovative food preparation techniques.
Our cuisine crew also includes dedicated staff members who assist the chef with meal preparation and various aspects of food service, working together to provide nutritious and delicious meals for the children in our care.
Kid's Castle assures the New Mexico Children, Youth, and Families Department's (Prevention and Intervention Division) Child and Adult Food Program, that all enrolled participants in attendance will be offered the same meals without physical segregation of, or other discriminatory action against any child or adult participant on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, age, or disability. This policy applies to all centers included in the Child and Adult Care Food Progam Agreement.
